It is best to notify us early if you are unable to be at home to receive the product within the arranged date and time to arrange for another date and time,
In the case where no one is at home when the products arrive, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Officer for a re-delivery.
Do note that in the case of re-delivery, you will be subjected to a re-delivery charge $30 dollars.
