In order to deliver the best value (competitive prices) to our valued customers, we seek your understanding that for some products, we do not keep stock in Singapore and delivery can be slightly longer. Delivery schedules can be affected by factors beyond our control such as disruptions of overseas shipping due to the pandemic, traffic conditions in Singapore and last-minute "not at home to take deliveries" of some customers in Singapore despite our best effort to manage the logistical aspect of the business.

We will strive to deliver the items within the stated delivery dates given on the website, however, there are times when there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances and we seek your understanding on this.
