How much is the delivery fee?
There are no delivery charges for all purchases that are self-collected from our warehouse. There are also no installation charges for items purchased, unless otherwise stated.
The following Delivery Rates stated are per invoice to a single address in one trip:
Free Delivery
Orders must be at least worth S$300 dollars to be eligible for free delivery.
To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible by elevator/lift. (i.e. on the same storey as the lift landing) or on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.
Standard Delivery Fees
If your order does not qualify for Free Delivery, standard delivery fees will apply.
The Delivery Charges are as follows below
For Purchase Below S$50 >>>> S$6.90
For Purchase Below S$100 >>>> S$12.90
For Purchase Below S$200 >>>> S$16.90
For Purchase Below S$300 >>>> $19.90
After Hours Delivery Fees
Any delivery time slots requested to be scheduled after 6pm during standard delivery days will be subject to a S$80 dollars surcharge. Our standard delivery time range is 3 hours.
Eg:
3pm to 6pm will not incur any surcharge
After 4pm requests (4pm-7pm), S$80 dollars surcharge per item applies.
Delivery Surcharge for Saturday
$80 dollars surcharge applies for HDB, Condominiums, and Landed properties.
Staircase Delivery Fees (Furniture)
If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator breakdown upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) Megafurniture will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per non-wardrobe/wardrobe item will be as follows:
Additional S$10.00 per non-wardrobe item transported to a non lift-accessible storey
Additional S$20.00 per wardrobe transported to a non lift-accessible storey
Fees also apply to stairs within landed properties or HDB maisonettes.
Example:
A delivery comprising of a wardrobe and a mattress is to be made to a 3-storey shophouse without elevator access.

Staircase Delivery Fees (Electronic Appliances)
Additional charges per electronic appliance will be as follows:

Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations
There will be a $30 dollars surcharge for delivery to Sentosa/Jurong Island/Military Camps.
