How do I self-collect my order?
For self collection, you may place the order online and select the "Self-Collection" option at the Shipping Method page.
Once your order is processed, we will contact you to inform you when your order is ready for self-collection. While we try our utmost to complete your orders as soon as we can, kindly allow our operations staff a few working days to do so.
The products you check out online may not be immediately available for collection. Kindly give our staff some time to process the order and order your desired items from the supplier/manufacturer if we do not have them in stock. Our customer service staff will call you on your given contact number to notify you when your purchase is available for self-collection.
Typically, products will be ready for self-collection within the lead time given, unless otherwise stated.
