How do I cancel my order?

We’re happy to help if you need to cancel your order — just reach out to us as soon as possible.

  • If the cancellation is due to an issue on our end, we’ll process it at no cost to you.

  • If the cancellation is requested by the customer and the order has already been processed, a small 8% administrative fee (charged by our payment gateway) will be deducted from your refund.

We truly appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you every step of the way.

Do note that all customised/custom-made items, made to order items within your order cannot be cancelled.

What is considered customised/custom-made items?

It is under Megafurniture's discretion to determine which item is considered customised/custom-made or made to order.
Our friendly Customer Service Officers will be glad to assist you if you are unsure.
