How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the original delivery date by contacting us with your order number. Please email us at email@example.com, call our Customer Service Hotline at +65 6950 2657 or click here to WhatsApp us.
Do note that all customised/custom-made items within your order cannot be cancelled.
What is considered customised/custom-made items?
It is under Megafurniture's discretion to determine which item is considered customised/custom-made.
